CNC Operator & Fabrication Tech
Job Details
- Operate CNC machinery to cut parts to precise specs
- Smooth and finish edges using routers, sanders, and hand tools
- Assemble modular drawer and bed systems from start to finish
- Assist in testing, prototyping, and improving new product designs
- Pack and prep products for shipment, ensuring care and quality
- Track and manage inventory of hardware and components
- Use Shopify to manage online orders and update inventory
- Provide occasional customer support or product info
- Support engineers in refining and developing new designs
- Track and organize CNC-cut parts from production and Ensure accuracy and completeness of parts per build sheets and work orders
- Experience with CNC machinery
- Woodworking or cabinetmaking experience is a plus
- Skilled with routers, sanders, table saws, drills, and other shop tools
- Focused on detail, safety, and build quality
- Some responsibilities include lifting up to 50lbs
- Organized, dependable, and driven to learn new skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Shopify or eCommerce software experience
- Customer service background
- Passion for overlanding, off-roading, or vehicle mod
- Competitive pay: $20 – $28/hour + overtime opportunities
- Compensation: Base with Bonus Structure.
