As nomads ourselves, we’ve experienced the challenges of finding trusted builders and service providers while on the road. The Upfitter Network is a solution created to address these challenges and provide the support you need.
What is the Upfitter Network?
The Upfitter Network is a coalition of bespoke builders and service centers that specialize in working on all types of recreational vehicles. From an RV roof patch to a campervan brake check to a replacement MaxxAir fan, the Upfitter Network is already immersed in our community and understands the nuances of living on the road and the challenges we as nomads face when we need our homes on wheels tended to.
The network was established to provide trust for nomadic travelers and weekend warriors, encouraging them to invest locally and with pre-approved builders instead of larger manufacturers.
The network includes builders and service centers across the country, so RV owners can confidently travel the US and always be within range of a reliable service provider.
The Vetting Process
Rest assured, not just anyone can be in the Upfitter Network. Each applicant must complete a structured application with in-depth questions and requirements to ensure high-quality membership. If approved, members are required to sign an agreement, solidifying expectations, responsibilities, and quality standards across the network. A Board of Directors composed of experienced shop owners oversees our member network to ensure quality standards and service and improve the industry.
We always appreciate referrals from fellow nomads who have already had great experiences with local upfitters and service providers, and prioritize those referrals when adding to our network.
Warranty Claims
If you need to file a warranty claim, we can help you with that. Any network member can take care of the service and bill it back to the original builder. In case you need any service that’s not covered under warranty, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. All members offer in-network customers a 5% discount on non-warranty service work.
Equipment Repair and Replacement
If you need service or warranty work for any of your equipment, you can easily find links to most of the major vehicle manufacturers, power systems, heat, and appliance companies through the Upfitter Network homepage. This makes it simple for you to find service or warranty work in the event of any issues.
