All VanLab vans are built with an internal bracing system for wall, cabinet and accessory attachment. Structural L-Track in the ceiling are perfect for hanging cabinets and other accessories like fishing pole holders, shower curtains or just hanging jackets. A center bamboo ceiling panel adds warmth and beauty to the interior. All wall panels are 1/4″ Baltic Birch wrapped in a PVC weave material for a soft yet durable finish. The rear cabinets are a welded light gauge steel frame system with Hex Ply outer skin. Hex ply is a double laminated baltic birch plywood with an incredibly durable surface texture. Front and upper cabinets are built from carbonized bamboo with a catalyzed lacquer finish. Custom concrete countertops are cast at 3/4″ thickness are lightweight, durable and beautiful solid surface finish in any van.
