Meet Lucille, a Vanlife Collective Original! This is the van that Andre lived in while the Vanlife Collective was just getting off the ground. When you compare this van to our new ones, you’ll see a common thread. Built for full time vanlife, storage has been maximized for long term food storage, so much gear, and four seasons of clothing and bedding.

I’ll note — convenient cooking has always been one of my personal must-haves. From quick access to spices (no digging please!) to an easy way to do dishes multiple times a day, I strived to find easy solutions for minimal repetitive effort while being constantly in motion.

**Lucille has been well loved. She received a new engine in 2022 after a timing chain blew a hole in the valve cover and she lost too much oil. The new engine has been driven around 15,000 miles now.

To note — some tire chain damage around the rear wheel wells, and a little bit of surface rust at two spots I can show you.
Lucille got a lithium upgrade this year — 200 AH — and will continue purring for a while.
Tires are some older K02’s that are showing wear, and I can include a brand new pair of stock tires.

Upgrades: The cabinets in the kitchen are easy to remove, and could be reconfigured for an open layout. And the VLC is available to do mods — just ask Andre for a quote if anything comes to mind.
